Contemporary art from Asia fascinates European collectors during the past years more and more. With the Rencontres d'Arles photographers from China present themselves with four exhibits and create thus a place to be able to express themselves artistically free. The idea for these Internet pages already originated with the Venice Biennial in 1999, it concerns a subjective choice say the publishers.
